I offer Coaching, training and therapy to support most aspects of Life. I have experiance of 30 years as a Police Officer and 18 as a Sergeant, which taught me a lot about life. 
 
My last 7 years were in one to one coaching and assessing Policing Skills. Over the last 10 years I have studied all aspects of personal development and obtained an honours degree in Social and Behavioural Studies. (University of Hull). I continued to qualify as a teacher.

Now I am semi-retired but as a coach I still do what I love and love what I do. I together with my wife Jenny, qualified as a clinical hypnotherapist/psychotherapist in order to compliment my coaching .

I hold a second degree in Reiki and a certificte in EFT. 

I am a member of the Association For Coaching and fully endorse their ethical guidelines.
The therapy side of my training I believe offers me the tools to help clients that may not be quite ready to be coached because they need to address issues from their past before being ready to move forward.
